ENROLLMENT GUIDANCE- MATCHED AND WAITLIST FAMILIES

We welcome your son or daughter to IDEA Public Charter School. Please be sure to follow the steps below to accept your seat and enroll for the 2025-26 school year.

MATCHED students will receive a congratulatory letter on Friday, March 28, 2025 detailing your enrollment steps. Matched students have until Monday, May 1, 2025 to complete the enrollment process.

WAITLISTED students have until the date included in their congratulatory email to complete the enrollment process.

PowerSchool Enrollment is IDEA's electronic enrollment system. Please follow the steps below to accept your seat and enroll for the 2025-26 school year.

Step 1: Complete the Online Pre-Registration form.

•  Families will receive an email with a link to the online registration platform.
• Families will need to complete the forms and upload the documents listed below as part of the online registration process.

Step 2:  Complete and submit the Online Enrollment Form here.

• Families will log into their PowerSchool Parent Portal account,  complete the enrollment forms, and upload their enrollment documents.
• For DCRV please click the link in the application and fill out the form. Once completed please check your inbox for an email from Adobe Sign to confirm form submission.

Step 3: Submit Academic Record(s) - MANDATORY

• Final report card showing promotion (Incoming 9th-grade students only) OR official high school transcript (10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students) by July 15, 2025.
• Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with last evaluation or 504 Plan (if applicable).

STEP 4: Submit current Immunization Records, Health and Dental forms; no later than July 15th, 2025.

• Health forms are good for one year after a scholar's most recent physical.
