The IDEA Student and Family Handbook for the 2024-2025 school year includes everything IDEA families need to know about academic, administrative, and disciplinary policies.

The OSSE ESEA Complaint Policy (July, 2021) is available for parents/guardians who believe their child’s school was not administered in accordance with federal law and regulations. The parent/guardian is encouraged to communicate concerns with the school first before making a complaint to OSSE. The concerned party may also contact the OSSE office assigned to that school with questions or concerns.
